Libraries can choose one or more reporting options. This selection can be changed at any given time or combined and varied by individual budgets or order types to suit their needs:
complete status reports of recorded orders with each shipment, and/or:
status change reports with each shipment, and/or:
immediate status change reports by email, and/or:
faxed or emailed order confirmations on receipt.
Invoicing Practice: Flexibility First
Our flexible order processing system allows for a wide array of invoicing preferences, such as:
separate invoicing by budget;
separate delivery to different offices;
invoices per title or combined;
extensive order references on invoices and reports;
special messages on invoices and reports, such as end user information;
duplicate and/or triplicate invoices;
invoices with each delivery or rather packing notes followed by monthly statements.

transparent calculation of prices for foreign books: (retail price + shipping to NL) x currency rate + VAT as applicable = EUR price;

titles supplied to us at non-standard trade terms, whilst being excluded from this discount schedule, are clearly indicated as such and delivered with only a modest markup.
